Today I'm an ICF PCC executive coach trained in evidence-based coaching at Fielding Graduate University, and a mentor to the associate coaches in my practice.
I earned my PCC in 2026, so this road is fresh. I built PCC Ready while preparing for my own exam, so every drill here is one I've worked through myself.
Questions
Does PCC Ready count toward my ICF requirements?
Not yet. Membership is skill practice and guidance. It does not provide ICF education hours, mentor coaching hours, or continuing education credit. If that changes, we'll say so here.
Are the drills real exam questions?
No. Every scenario is written from scratch to practice the reasoning the exam tests. We never share actual exam content, and we remove any post that does.
I'm in a Level 2 program. Is this for me?
Yes. The drills, Marker Lab, and community help on any path, and the Decoder shows which rules apply to you.
When are the live sessions?
All live sessions start at 18:00 German time, which is 12:00 in New York and 9:00 in Los Angeles. For a week or two each spring and fall, when clocks change on different dates, US times run an hour later.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your Skool account. Founding pricing ends if you cancel.
