I spent more than two decades inside one of the most complex organizations in the world — the U.S. Department of Defense — leading people through high-stakes transitions, organizational ambiguity, and mission-critical execution. What I learned there wasn't just operational strategy. I learned what it costs a leader to carry responsibility without the inner infrastructure to hold it.
That gap between position and wholeness is why I founded Kingdom Health Now. I've coached executives at BetterUp and Speexx, partnering with senior leaders across sectors who are talented, driven, and quietly running on empty. Evidence-based methodology — grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, and organizational systems — gives our work rigor. But the foundation is something deeper: a belief that sustainable leadership has to come from the inside out.
Faith is not a flavor I add to my coaching. It is the lens I work through. When leaders are integrated — when what they believe, how they think, and how they lead are in alignment — something unlocks. The clarity sharpens. The decisions get cleaner. The people around them feel it. That integration is what I help leaders build, and it's what Kingdom Health Now is for.
